Beyond the Glow
Early Intervention Employment Assistance Program
Beyond the Glow is a transformative community-based early intervention program for senior students, designed to equip young people with the essential soft and hard skills needed to navigate key life transitions after school and beyond.
As students prepare to leave school, the program focuses on building mental, emotional, and social readiness for the workplace, while supporting practical next steps beyond school. It also encourages meaningful connections, collaboration, and interdependence within the wider community.
Participants are supported to identify goals and develop personalised, achievable plans, with access to coordinated supports and community initiatives that promote confidence, independence, and long-term wellbeing.
