Clinical Counselling
Tailored support for your unique journey

Katie brings a wealth of expertise to her role as a qualified Clinical Counsellor, with a specialisation in supporting tween and teen girls with ADHD and/or Autism through the complexities of adolescence.
At Social Minds, we prioritise the well-being of children adolescents and young people into early adulthood by offering Clinical Counselling services. With two decades of experience in the welfare and counselling fields, Katie has honed her skills and deepened her understanding of the unique challenges facing young people during this pivotal stage of development.
Katie works from an integrative model of psychotherapy, drawing on a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each individual. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, she tailors therapy by combining different modalities to provide personalised, effective, and compassionate support.
Katie is a Professional Member of both the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA), demonstrating her commitment to high professional and ethical standards and ongoing professional development.
